Transport/Import/Export

The Tripartite agreement for the movement of FEI sport horses between UK/Ireland and France came into force on 18 May 2014.

Current FEI registered horses taking part in FEI competition in France can take advantage of a special derogation by applying to a BEF Approved Shipper (list below) for a document called a DOCOM. Travelling under a DOCOM means that you do not have to obtain a health certificate signed by a vet prior to transit.
