The British Equestrian Federation is made up of a dedicated team of staff who work together to uphold the vision and mission of the company, More People – Better Places – Better Horses – More Medals. Rachel assists in communications with member bodies and the media. She handles social media, updates the website and works with athletes, partners and staff to find innovative ways of sharing the work of the BEF.

Responsible for a wide range of finance, governance and HQ issues that are part of any National Governing Body and not for profit organisation primarily funded by UK Sport and Sport England and its member organisations
